Glycogenics is an advanced balanced B-complex formula that features 5-formyl tetrahydrofolate (calcium folinate), a special form of folic acid, for greater bioavailability. This new formula also delivers dramatically higher levels of vitamin B12 and is now vegetarian compatible.
