Many nutrients and supplements have proven useful in cases of chronic constipation. The initial focus should be on increasing water intake and fiber through the diet.
The next step is to add the following:

2 Tbsp mixed in 2-4 oz. juice or water 1-2 times daily. |

1 tsp. mixed with warm water twice daily. |
If the colon is irritated or shows signs of inflammation, you can add:

1 tsp three times daily between or before meals. |
If additional fiber is required, add
|
2 scoops 1-2 times daily in 12-16 oz. water or juice between meals and/or before bed. |

2 tablets 2-3 times daily between meals |
