Try this cool and refreshing popsicle for a great power snack.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk

1 banana

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

Methods/steps

1. Puree 1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk, 1 banana, 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries, and 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into Popsicle molds and freeze.
